These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of MCL Invest (the "Service"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. This is a plain-language draft — it has not been reviewed by a lawyer, and MCL Invest's operator should have it reviewed before relying on it for legal protection.
You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, to create an account. You're responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential and for all activity under your account.
You agree to provide accurate information when registering and to keep it up to date.
MCL Invest provides educational material, trade signals, provider-performance information, and copy-trading account listings for informational purposes only. Nothing on the Service is investment, financial, legal, or tax advice, and no content constitutes a recommendation to buy, sell, or hold any financial instrument.
Trading foreign exchange carries a substantial risk of loss and is not suitable for every investor. Past performance — including any win rate, growth percentage, or drawdown figure shown for a signal provider or copy-trading account — does not guarantee future results. You are solely responsible for your own trading decisions.
Where a provider profile is linked to a real user account, that user may publish their own signals; win rate, risk/reward, and follower counts remain set by MCL Invest staff and are not self-reported by the provider.
Some content (courses, signals, copy-trading account access) requires payment, either as a recurring subscription or a one-time purchase. Prices are shown at checkout in US dollars.
We accept payment via PayPal and via manual USDT (cryptocurrency) transfer. A USDT payment is not automatically confirmed — you submit your transaction reference, and an administrator manually verifies it against the blockchain before granting access. Access is granted once confirmed, not at the moment you submit the claim.
Recurring subscriptions renew automatically until canceled. You can cancel from your billing dashboard; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. One-time purchases (courses, bundles, fixed-term copy-trading access) do not renew.
Except where required by law, purchases and subscription payments are non-refundable once access has been granted, since the content becomes available to you immediately.
You agree not to: misuse the community forum to harass others or post unlawful content; attempt to circumvent access controls on paid content (including course videos); submit false trade-journal entries or blockchain transaction references; or use the Service to violate any applicable law.
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, at our discretion.
Course videos, written material, and site content are owned by MCL Invest or its licensors. You may use them for your own personal learning, not for redistribution or commercial resale.
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. MCL Invest does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, MCL Invest is not liable for any trading losses, indirect damages, or losses arising from your use of the Service, including reliance on any signal, provider statistic, or educational content.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after a change takes effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
